The Service is intended for billing records. Do not upload attorney-client privileged communications, litigation strategy documents, or other legally sensitive materialsthat go beyond billing data. Uploading such files could risk waiver of privilege, and you remain solely responsible for ensuring appropriate use.

9. Use of AI & Automated Tools

InvoiceChecker uses a combination of rule-based engines and AI models (provided by trusted third-party vendors, such as OpenAI) to analyze uploaded billing data. Processing is limited to providing the analysis functions you request. Vendors are contractually obligated to protect your data consistent with enterprise security practices.

If you access the Service outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions with differing data protection laws. We take measures to ensure cross-border transfers meet applicable legal standards.
